We want you to LOVE your new Inky Minky Lashes, but if for any reason they don’t meet your expectations, please contact us to arrange for a return of the product. Rest assured, for hygienic purposes all returned products are immediately disposed of and NEVER resold (’cause that’s just gross).
1. You will need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for the return to be accepted. Contact us to receive this authorization. Any returns sent to us without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted.
2. You may request an RMA# within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving an RMA#. Any returns that are postmarked after 7 days of receiving an RMA# will not be accepted. We cannot issue a return authorization on products after 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and have the original sales slip enclosed.
3. Return the product(s) in its original packaging, with your RMA# to the return address provided. You are responsible for all return shipping costs; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for proof of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. Your refund will be processed via the payment method used when the order was placed. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
